Ankita Konwar is an Assamese-Indian flight attendant. She is the girlfriend of Indian actor and model Milind Soman. The couple will get married on 22 April 2018.
Life and Career
Ankita was born as ‘Sunkusmita Konwar’ on August 30, 1991 in Guwahati, Assam. Nagen Konwar is her mother and Niranjana Konwar is her father. She has one sibling named Jharna Konwar Baruah.
The 5’ 4” tall Ankita became employed with Air Asia as cabin crew executive in 2013. She resigned from her Air Asia job in 2018.
Konwar’s relationship with Soman was made public via an Instagram post. He was subsequently trolled for the vast age difference between the two. Milind is nearly twice the age of Konwar. Ankita has run the 10 kilometers marathon in 2015 with Milind Soman at Pune. It is one of the mutual passions the two share.
Milind and Ankita tied on 22nd April 2018 in a private wedding ceremony at Alibaug, Maharashtra. The mehndi function was held on 21st April. The couple wore traditional Assamese clothes for the function. Hindi, Assamese, and Marathi songs were played and there was lots of dancing. The ceremony was attended by just family members and close friends of the couple.
