Early life and background
She was born in Guwahati, on 12th August, 1996. The name of her father is Pravir Chatterjee and the name of her mother is Papiya Chatterjee. She completed her high school education from Maria’s Public School located in Guwahati. Chatterjee joined the eminent Hindu College of the Delhi University after securing a very good percentage in the examination of class XII.
Career Achievement
As a student, Priyadarshini was considered quite brilliant. Her seniors had recommended her to prepare for medical entrance exams. But she decided to follow her dreams by pursuing her career in modelling and acting. She started looking for modeling assignments while studying in Hindu college. She had already gained popularity because of her performance in the college fresher’s party. Chatterjee took part in the audition for Miss Delhi. She performed well and got selected to participate in the final round. She achieved the title of Miss Delhi. Finally Chatterjee was crowned the 2016 Femina Miss India.
