Releasing on April 19, 2019 is the multi-starrer ‘Kalank’ co-produced by Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiadwala, and directed by Abhishek Varman. It is a period fim set in the 1940s and includes an enviable cast comprising Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon. Varun Dhawan plays the character ‘Ram’ in the film.
Varun Dhawan will be a part of Remo D’Souza’s upcoming dance movie ABCD 3, produced by T-Series. It is going to be India’s biggest dance film in 3D. Varun joins Shaddha Kapoor in this movie; she replaces Katrina Kaif who had to bow out of the film due to date issues clashing with her movie ‘Bharat’. The film will also co-star Nora Fatehi. ABCD 3 is all set to release on November 3, 2019.
