Born on October 11, 1971, the actor is known for TV shows like Samundar, Shanti and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The actor even won awards like the Indian Telly Award for Best Actor in Lead Role for Kehta Hai Dil in 2003 and award for negative role in ‘Virasat’. Aman Verma has also hosted Indian Idol 1 and Indian Idol 2. He has hosted a game show calle ‘Khulja Sim Sim’. Aman Verma was caught in a ‘sting operation’ when Suhaib Ilyasi’s team pried on him. He was seen propositioning a model called ‘Ruchi’ and calling himself a ‘naughty boy’, a tag which has caught on to him, ever since. The video was shown on India TV. Aman Verma was also seen begging Shoaib Ilyasi to delete the video footage. Aman alleged that India TV ceo Rajat Sharma, manager Suhaib Ilyasi and model Ruchi were out to take his money and blackmail him. Needless to say, that this episode tarnished his reputation in Bollywood, but he still let his performances speak on television.
