Her father is a film director. Her family is from Khanna village, located in Punjab\u2019s Ludhiana district.<\/p>\n<p>Jasleen began receiving training in classical and western music since she was 11 years old. She won the \u2018Best Female Singer\u2019 award at age 16 years in an inter-collegiate competition. She has also received training in varied dance forms like Bharatnatyam, belly dancing, hip-hop, and salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Jasleen has been a part of many live performances on stage. She has sung with many well known singers like Mika, Amjad Khan, Sukhwinder Singh, and Papon, etc. As a solo singer, she has released her debut album called \u201cLove Day Love Day\u201d. In 2013, she made her debut as an actress in the film \u2018The Dirty Relation\u2019 directed by Kesar Matharu, her father.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bigg Boss Season 12\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Jasleen entered the Bigg Boss 12 house as a vichitrajodi in the company of her boyfriend Anup Jalota. The bhajan singer is 37 years older than Jasleen and their relationship came as a shock for everyone.<\/li>\n<li>The couple has been dating for 3 \u00bd years. They were however never seen together as they rarely had time to be with one another due to their individual busy work schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Jalota has stated that he and Jasleen were live-in partners, girlfriend-boyfriend, as well as normal friends.
