Arshi Khan is an Afghanistan born Indian model, dancer, and actress who is best known for dropping her clothes at the drop of a hat and varied other controversies. She was selected as a contestant for the reality TV show Bigg Boss season 11 on September 11, 2017.

Early Life and Career
Khan was born on 28th November 1989 in Afghanistan. Her family moved to India when she was 4 years old. The family settled in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and she grew up there. Other details of her growing up days, including education, are currently unavailable.
Arshi began her career as an actor in theater. She underwent training under the guidance of Janab Ehsaan Chishti, a stage director. She later went on to performance for varied theater groups and this helped her hone her acting skills.
In 2014, she entered the final round of the Ms. Bikini Online contest, but did not win it. Her feature film acting debut also happened in 2014 with the Tamil film Malli Mishtu. She then got a lot of acting offers from the southern film industry and did several movies. She was also featured in the first 4D film in India, i.e., The Last Emperor.
The movies did not bring Arshi the fame that she sought. She however found widespread notoriety after her nu*e photoshoots; she pasted Pakistani flags on her body and this grabbed all the headlines. - In September 2015, Khan tweeted and claimed that she had slept with Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi and that she had a physical relationship with him. Her tweet was ‘Yes, I had s*x with Afridi! Do I need the Indian media’s permission to sleep with someone? It’s my personal life. For me, it was love (sic)’. She even alleged that she was 3 months pregnant, but later denied it.
- In 2015, Arshi alleged that she was attacked by a Shiv Sainik with a glass bottle at a photo shoot.
- She shot a photo of herself with just a bikini worn under a burqa. This was not liked by many and resulted in numerous Fatwas in her name.
