On July 19, 2019, she will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in ‘Good News’. The movie also co-stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. The laugh riot is about two couples trying to get pregnant, Akshay and Kareena, as well as their Punjabi neighbors played by Diljit and Kiara. The movie is directed by debutante Raj Mehra, under Dharma Productions.
Kareena Kapoor will be shooting in August 2019 for ‘Takht’, India’s costliest historical drama that will have a huge-star cast including Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, and Janhvi Kapoor. The movie based on Mughal saga, will be directed by Karan Johar, and should release by 2020
Kareena Kapoor is also considering a dark woman-centric comedy, where she plays a village belle. This movie will also release in 2020.
