Born to Mangalorean parents on May 7, 1993, Erica’s birthplace is Mumbai. She went to Holy Cross High School and graduated from St. Andrew’s College, Bandra, with a BA degree.
The actress started her career, when she was just 17, by modeling for B-Blunt. In the year, she won the Pantaloons Miss Maharashtra and ended up as one of the top ten finalists for Miss India 2012.
The 1.68 meter tall actress who bears a striking resemblance to Ileana D’Cruz has done quite a few films in the South Indian film industry, mainly in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu. Her first film was a Tamil one, called ‘Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu’. She also did a Bollywood movie known as ‘Babloo Happy Hai’.

The show is a contemporary take on the present-day urban relationship Her character Sonakshi plays the role of a girl who is in love with a millionaire Dev (Shaheer) who is indebted to his mother for her sacrifices.
Erica is aware of the fact that people constantly compare her to Ileana D’ Cruz because of a striking similarity in terms of their face and figure. The actress loves traveling, dancing and is a complete foodie.
